I have a Unity install (246.135), TSP (3.002), and Call Manager 3.1(1). When calling the voice mail number, either via the DN or from the Messages Button, Unity will not release the port. It just hangs. When the next call to Unity comes in, it comes in the second port and does the same thing. It just hangs. The only way to get it to release is reboot the box.<br><br>Any comments or possible reasons would be greatly appreciated.<br><br>
Actually Keith its too late. The customer rebuilt the box last night. But I haven't heard if they are still experiencing the same problem. I will let you know if same thing happens after the rebuild. Thanks.
