Unity Enterprise Menu

Plan to use Unity Enterprise to replace Audix. Can we customize Unity to have the same voice mail menus as Audix?<br><br>

There's only one alternate conversation and it's offered in 2.4.5, however a couple of the features are broken at the moment. 2.4.6 has these fixed.

It's not an exact duplicate of the Audix conversation but it might be more familiar to these users (i.e. the delete key and save key etc... are what they'd be used to).

It's a feature refered to as "optional conversation" and is discussed in the admin guide. If you want to turn it on for a 2.4.5 system, I can help you with that but I'd strongly reccomend waiting for 2.4.6 to hit the streets since the jump forward/back stuff is fixed for the optional conversation in that build.
