Unity Event Error help

Anyone have any idea what this Event relates to?

I can not find anything regarding Resubmit Message errors.

Looks like Unity couldn't submit the message to Exchange. That error is returned to Unity from Windows. Here is a Microsoft doc explaining possible causes for that error:

On I side note 3.1(1) is pretty old code. You should move up to 3.1(6) or 4.0(3) with 4.0(3)SR1 is released.

So, is this message something to be concerned of, or is it a something incidental that can be ignored for a one time occurence.

I would think it could be ignored unless it starts to happen a lot.
