Unity Exchange Account Change

Customer has department-level mailboxes assigned to aliases of particular users. When an employee is replaced they want to easily reassign the subscriber account. So - can a subscriber's account be reassigned to another alias/exchange setting without deleting the account, greetings, etc and recreating it...?

There are a couple things you want to check out...

You can use an Internet Subscribers for this. With Internet Subscribers, the destination SMTP address can easily be changed on the fly.

You should also check out the Migrate Subscriber Data tool:

Keep in mind that each Unity subscriber can be associated with one and only one Exchange mailbox.
