unity export /import utility

I was able to export unity database from 2.46, but when I want to import it to unity3.13, it gives me an error" Run-time error 52", Bad file name or number.

File name is UnityDB. By the way, UNity313 is demo version, we want to test the export and upgrade works in the lab before before onsite upgrade.

Any thoughts , thanks a lot.

Is the 3.1.3 system up and running properly? Can you add users to it and make calls into it?

Which version of the FullDBImport tool are you running? Try downloading the latest off of CiscoUnityTools.com if you're not running the most recent version.

Unity 313 is runnning I am able to call in and hear the opening greeting. I didn't add the user because the introduction says the unity should be nothing configured otherwise it won't import the database. The utility is the one from 313 version Unity CD1

it's fine to add a user as a test so long as you delete them when you're done.

Go out and get the latest version of the FullDBImport tool form here:

There's been many, many things fixed since 3.1(3) was released. As a general rule, it's always a good idea to go out there and check for the latest versions of all utilities before you use them.

I downloaded the latest version 2.0.21. It works. :)
