Unity Express problem

I have a installation where I have 3 fxo lines that ring in on about 20 phones in a shared line environment. how can I make it so that if the call goes to voicemail it will just go to one mailbox? the client wants only one mailbox on the entire system for all calls to go to. the client also wants the ability to log into the mailbox directly without have to take any extra steps.. I could use a Group mailbox but that covers only one line and I need all 3 pots numbers to terminate in one mailbox and be able to log into that box directly from any phone. Thanks

you could use the call-forward no answer to a second ephone-dn and call-forward all the second ephone-dn to voicemail.

The only issue left is voicemail access in one step but you could add the second ephone-dn to the users phones and tell them that is where they will find their voicemail.
