Unity Fails Blind transfers

I recieve the following two errors when i try calling my remote office. Unity is only used for the schedule, if its open, it transfers to a route handler that transfers the call blindly to an extension not in unity (8565). Has this ever worked? Is this a CM integration? If so you might have an issue with your call search spaces and partitions...
