We have a Unity 2.46.126 system on W2K integrated with CCM3.0.9. Unity fails to start with an error in the event log application event viewer "Av Call Control-MC ATP conn is disabled" and then you see <br><br>"failed to get the CRF name for locale ID '0' (hr= -2147467259)" and then<br><br>Call Control and initialisation failed<br><br>The system was fine until a power down at the weekend, Exchange came up OK but Unity is just won't start.<br><br>Any ideas what the CRF reference points to?<br><br>Thanks<br><br>Tim<br><br>Solution Architect<br>MCSE Unity SE<br>Compaq Global Services
