Unity Forward Message Question

Running Unity 4.03... when a user listens to a message and then wants to forward it to another subscriber (by pressing 5).. They are prompted to "Spell the name of the person..."

Instead of the spell by name option, the user would like to enter the extension..

They can switch by pressing "##" ...however the next time they come into the voicemail system it doesn't remember their choice of "by Extension" and reverts to "Spell the name"

With Unity 3.14, the system remembered the individual's setting so they didn't always have to switch each and every time they tried to forward a message.

#1 Is there a way to switch the default process to be "Enter the Extension" rather than "Spell the Name"

#2 Is there a way to make the user's preference stick?

Problem solved.

In case any reads this:

The setting is controlled on a per subscriber basis. On the "Conversation" menu change the setting for "Message Addressing" to "Identify a Subscriber by Entering an Extension".

I then used the Bulk Edit tool to push this change to all subscribers.

I also changed the default subscriber template to show the same setting.

This answered #1 above

#2 according to TAC is a new bug and they are opening a ticket for it.
