UNITY: how to apply a modified template to previously created subscribers

Hi,

Could anybody tell me how to apply a modified template to previously created subscribers in the Unity 2.4 Build 2.4.6.102

?

(Because I have realized that some settings are not correct after creation of some subscribers and I would like to change them.)

Hi,

You can't. The template will only apply to new accounts created after the template is configured. Accounts created before the template will have to be manually changed.

You can't apply the template to previous accounts. However, you can go to Answermonkey.net and download the bulk edit tool for 2.x. That allows you to apply the changes in a range. The tool was developed by a Cisco engineer but is not supported. I have used the tool sucessfully many times however.
