I was wondering if there's any documentation, best practices, guidelines, etc on using Unity in a multi-tenant environment. How do you handle unaddressed messages, etc in cases where there might be 5 or 6 different clients on the same Unity server? Is that even a concern?
Unity isn't designed to work in a multiple tenant environement at this point, however you can get reasonably close in 4.0(1). You might be interested in checking out the Audio Text Applications In Unity document I posted a few weeks back here:
It's got a lot of details about what you can and can't do in Unity 4.x with regards to audio text stuff and has a section near the end that specifically covers multi-tenant stuff which should get you in the ballpark.
Much of it is relevant to 3.x as well but for multiple tenant you really need the new 4.0(1) capabilities such as allowing multiple name lookup handlers with filters and definable subscriber exit destinations - neither of which are available in 3.x.
These are the paths to get to each CCX logs through CLI. They may be helpful if you are having issues accessing RTMT or downloading logs through it.
