Unity is cleaning out users deleted items folder

When logged into voicemail a user has the option review old messages(3). They can then choose deleted messages(2).<br><br>The user is prompted : "Your deleted messages will be permanently deleted. Delete your messages? To delete press 1, to cancel press 2.<br><br>It's a real shocker that pressing 1 deletes all messages, not just voicemail, from the deleted items. I currently have 3 users who were burned by this.<br><br>

That's why we say "messages" and not "voice messages" there... we're a unified messaging system so you can be sending/forwarding/reviewing emails and faxes and not just voice mail messages.

Also, filtering through the deleted items folder and selectively deleting only messages that had ipm.note.voice.unity on there would be rather slow (as opposed to just asking Exchange to empty the folder).

I suppose we could get more strident and put a more wordy prompt in there or something that specifically lays out that all messages of all types will be removed from the folder...
