Unity issue

Call Manager integration, call comes into auto attendant or extension with a unity subscriber not assigned. The follow message plays "Sorry, this system is temporarily unable to complete your call. Please call again later, Goodbye.<br><br>

Check the application event log. Whenever the failsafe conversation is triggered (the "I'm sorry I can't talk to you now..." guy), an error or two is always logged there. It should give you some clues as to what is happening.

Since these calls are coming from/via extensions that aren't subscribers, I'd venture to guess you may have an orphaned call handler floating around with that ID associated with it. This could happen if you had subscriber(s) setup with those extensions and then you deleted them out of Exchange without first removing them from Unity. We should handle this only the fly, but maybe you've come across a sccenario we're not handling.
