Unity licensing problems

Hi,

I have bought and installed an Unity4 License: UM, 16ports, 50users.

If i view Cisco Unity Tools Depot/Administration Tools/License Info Viewer/ I see:

Maximum Unified messaging subscribers=50

Subscribers Mailboxes=50

This is OK

...but if I view unity/web/sa > licensing>License Counts I see:

Subscriber Mailboxes=50

Unified Messaging Subscribers=0

Why?????? The UMSubscribers Value is not correct!!

It'd have to be = 50

Unity version?

It's likely just a display error in the SA - the license file viewer is the final authority (it's showing what actually gets enforced).

Are you being prevented from adding subscribers to a COS that has TTS/VMO licenses enabled? I assume not...
