Unity locks up

Hello,

Unity 4.01, exchange 2000

Every 30 minutes unity locks up and plays after the greeting "sorry system is temporary unavailable" . I'm also getting lots of the follwoing errors in the even viewer

Rebooting the server temporary fixes the problem

I would start by downloading the latest version of the Directory Walker utility from http://www.answermonkey.net/4_x_tools.htm and running it, do not select to fix any problems on your system, and view the generated log file for errors/warning.
