Have a problem when inputting a new Suscriber into Unity from a Japanese OS on IE. Data is not saved on the Unity Server. No Scubscriber or Alias is created. Page is in Japanese, not English as in Unity 2.0. Changed IE to English but that did not work. Changed regional and time settings, but alas nothing. Any help would be great.

so it's not a login issue as the title of the thread implies - it's a user creation problem, right?
Which version of Unity are you working with?
Does the SA kick back anything such as "an unknown error has occured" or anything like that? Any errors in the application event log around this time?
Can you import a standing mail user from the directory properly or does that not work either?

It is not a Login issue. You are able to Login but the Interface changes to Japanese.
The version of Unity is 3.13.
There are no errors displayed. Importing is just fine for we have several other Unity machines at different locations that we imported information from to get this one up and running.
We enter the data in English, save, and nothing. No data gets transfered to the Sever. This occurrs on Windows 98 Japanese but not on XP Pro Japanese.Very strange.

yeah, that is strange... I'll forward to the admin and localization crew to see if they have any ideas.
