Unity Mediamaster Phone problem

Hello,

I've just installed a MCS7835 server with Unity 4.0(5).

My problem is that when I'm logged in via the web/sa page and want to playback a prompt that the configured phone is ringing. When I answered the phone I don't hear anything.

When I'm using my computer as a playback device I can hear the prompt.

The same issue I have with recording a prompt.

What can I do ?
