Unity menu guide in PDF format

I am looking for a PDF that shows all the menu options or menu tree accesible to subscribers when they access their voice mail boxes. I can't find one on the doc CD to save my life.

What is the difference between optional 1 and standard? Is this so Unity menus can be setup similar to octel?

opiton 1 is just a different key mapping for the actual message retrieval conversation itself such that the keys for delete and forward and reply etc... will be closer to what a user of a typical Octel system would be used to. It does not alter the entire subscriber conversation or the like, just the message stack navigation itself.
