Unity message appears only in Outlook inbox?

I have one Unity account that when a voice mail message is left it is only placing the message in the Outlook inbox. has anyone ran into this problem before and how do you correct it?

The user has probably configured Outlook to download their messages off of the Exchange server to their local machine. If this is done Unity can't gain access to the messages anymore.

I'm not real sure what you mean here... When Unity leaves a voice message for a subscriber it stores it in the target user's Exchange mailbox - it'll show up in their inbox in Outlook if that's what you mean. It's supposed to do this.

Can you explain a little more about what, excactly, the problem is?

It is leaving it in the Outlook inbox only. If you go to check voice mail via the phone it is showing no messages, but if you look in Outlook you can see the wave file message.
