Does anyone know what I can do to fix this. Other wav files play just fine on the iPAQ. It is running Pocket PC 2003 and neither Media Player, Real Player or anyother player I can find can play these files.

You can use the GSM6.10 which is supported by most hand held devices - it sounds pretty good and is more compact. You can change Unity to record all messages in GSM 6.10 using the Set Record Format tool found in the Audio Management Tools section of the Tools Depot on your desktop. Be aware, this changes _all_ recordings to using 6.10, you can't change the recording format for messages going to just particular users.
