Unity/ Network Card Disable

Hi,

Call Manager version: 3.3.(4)

Unity version: 4 0(4) SR1

We had a problem today, our Unity shut down for no obvious reason, the network card was disabled, nobody did any intervention on the server, we verified the port on the switch, no errors occured. No logs in the Unity in regards on the card disabled.

Do you have any ideas why ?

Re: Unity/ Network Card Disable

When you logged onto the unity server, the network card was marked as disabled? I highly doubt the software would have done it; a more likely explanation is that someone disabled it. Look through the System Event Logs in Event Viewer for Event id 8033 Browser. The browser has forced an election on network ......

This is when the network card went offline and you might be able to see if someone was logged on during that time.
