Unity not recognizing the name of the subscriber

Unity 3.15, E2K UM.

Periodically I get a vms from subscribers that fail to show the name of the subscriber in the subject of the msg. Instead, I get "Message from an unidentified caller (7211000)" 7211000 being the extension of the subscriber.

Unity knows about the extension since it puts it into the subject field but, it's failing to get the name associated with the extension.

Hello -

The last time we encountered this message, same Unity version as you, the user's inbox was full. The message no longer appeared this way once the user's inbox limits were increased.
