I receive reports on a daily basis that Unity does not always recognize key tones/commands when calling from a mobile phone. Trying to fast-forward or rewind etc. does not work or is has a delayed response. Has anyone experienced this and is there a fix?

The outbound dial-peer should include the command dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric.

We are also having issues with DTMF and Unity from Nortel phones calling into a QSIG gateway. Would using DTMF-Relay H245-Alphanumeric also apply to MGCP controlled gateways? Today we are set to:
mgcp dtmf-relay voip codec all mode out-of-band
