Hello,<br>i'm having a problem were a person will call in they will get transfered to Unity 2.4.6 (135). So the attempted transfer phone never rings? What TSP version are you using?

not not exactly sure what is the best way to find this out? i looked at the dlls in the install package i used and saw 3.0(1.9) for Av_CiscoTsp_MC.dll and 2.4.1.1 for AVAUDIO32.DLL

There was a significant change to how blind transfers were handled in TSP 3.0.3 and higher. I would suggest moving to at least 3.0.3 and see if the problem continues. If it does, you'll probably see some messages in the app event log since we also added some messages in that TSP version.

new update. i have updated the TSP. now the user get transfered to the person they are calling's voice mail. it does not ring thier phone. any ideas?

Look for MIU errors and TSP warnings in the event log. You might see a TSP warning like...
Failed blind transfer to extension XXXX. Re-order tone detected.

OK, so when some dials 1216 inside Unity AA, Unity will attempt to transfer to 3134831216. CCM is sending the TSP reorder when trying to transfer to this number, so we'll have to figure out why. There's a couple of things that you can check:
1. Is 3134831216 dialable in the CSS that the Unity ports are in?
2. Is 3134831216 routed through a gateway?
3. Is 3134831216 really what you want to transfer to?

Have you tried changing the transfer field in the subscriber's transfer page to reflect this 5 digit number?

i'll give this a try. even tho i'm running the same Unity version and Call manager version and TSP version at another one of thier sites and am not having this same issue.
