Unity problem

In my Inbox I could see two new voice messages, when I called my extension to check the messages, the system said there were no new messages instead there were some saved messages from August!!!!The only way I could hear them was to play them on my desktop at home. Please help to fix this problem. Thank you very much.<br><br><br>

Can you check and make sure the messages have the IPM.NOTE.VOICE.UNITY class on them? What happens if you mark the messages from August as new in Outlook now?
