Unity recordings are silent

We're using Unity 3.1.3 with Call Manager 3.2. When we dial the voice mail port Unity answers, but you can't hear the opening greeting. Unity System Monitor shows that the opening greeting is playing, but you can't hear anything. Any suggestions?

I think you are having one way audio problems. Check out this link for ways to debug this issue -
