Hi,
When running unity in voicemail only it runs in its own domain. When reports are generated the link is e-mailed to that person. Unfortunaly that person will never get that e-mail because most likely they will not be connecting to that mailbox. However you can tell exchange to deliver the e-mails to an external mailbox as well as the local one.
Now, in this case the user gets the report e-mail from unity with a link pointing to a file share they do not have access to (because it is a different domain).
I have created a reports virtual server under IIS and this works great, but I have to change the file:// to http://.
Can the e-mail that unity generates to the user reflect a web page (http://) instead of a file (file://)?
Is there a better way of doing this?
Thanks
Frank
