Unity Ring multiple phones simultaneously

Can Unity ring multiple phones for the same call if some of the DNs are not subscribers? How would this be done?

That's really a function of the phone system, not Unity. Unity can attempt transfer to any numeric ID in the telephone system directory. If you can set up pooled ringing, or multiple line appearances, or whatever it takes to dial an extension and make multiple lines ring, Unity can do it.

A good rule of thumb is, if you can do it with a phone, you can usually do it with Unity. Is there a way you can dial a DN from a TAPI phone and get multiple lines to ring?

Re-reading your question, it isn't clear whether you want this to be a pooled ringing application (where multiple lines ring at the same time) or a follow-me application (where several lines ring in sequence) ... but either way it's something that's typically accomplished in the phone system.
