Unity Saweb Problem global.asa error

Hello,

I am getting this error when accessing Cisco Unity SaWeb.

Missing live session flag.

For some reason, /web/global.asa did not fire.

Check that this file is present.

Cannot continue.

I have tried to use IP address or name still the same problem. I have replaced the web folder with the one from the CD, reinstalled Unity 3.1.4, reran configuration setup. I am out of options please help.
