Unity Service Account

Hello,

How do I re-associate the Unity service account? We have installed the UM Unity 3.1(3) and integrated it into our client's AD but the client would like to change the account to something else due to security policy. We've created a new account and gave it the same right as the previous account and when I try to run the Unity configuration setup, it says the account does not have logon as a service and act as part of OS rights.. but I checked the policies on the server (Unity is a member server within the AD) and the new AD account does have these rights...

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

It may be a silly question, but I didn't see you mention it.

Have you run Permissions Wizard and specified the new account?
