I inherited a production Unity server running Win 2K 5.00.2195 SP4, with Unity version 4.0(5).
I'm wondering if it will cause any problems if I disable SNMP on it. The SNMP service settings show a blank community name with no trap destinations right now. So, it looks like the service is not being used to send traps anywhere.
Does Unity use SNMP for anything on it's own operations, either in a Unity cluster, or in communications with CallManager? Is it OK to stop the service and set it to Manual start mode?
