unity subscriber access

customer has a unity 3.15 with call manager 3.2c that went live today.

A subscriber has started hearing the following unity message:

"sorry, the system is temporarily unable to complete your call"

event viewer shows: GetMailboxStatus returned [0x8004011d] on line 98 of file e:\views\cs_UE3.1.4.39\un_Core2\ConversationEng\AvStateSvr\AvSGetMailboxStatus.cpp

does anyone know what this means?

Trucking out to www.CiscoUnitySupport.com and looking that error number (0x8004011d) up on the DOH error lookup site gets this:

0x8004011d

Source: MAPI

Symbol: MAPI_E_FAILONEPROVIDER

Description: Failed to logon to Microsoft Exchange Server.

Which would seem to indicate we're not able to log into that guy's mailbox via MAPI for some reason. Is this only happening for a single user? Or all users on a particular server/mailstore?

You are right on.

found out his mailbox was changed & unity was pointing at the old one.

recreated the subscriber & its now working
