Unity subscriber conversation customization

Have a customer interested in setting a key (say * for example) that a subscriber could hit from any menu context while logged in to their mailbox that would take them out of the subscriber conversation altogether and put them somewhere like the open greeting call handler. Possible? Good idea?

You can't customize the conversation but the current conversation will (sorta) do this already. * already goes back one level and in your subscriber conversation it'll back you out till you exit the conversation entirely. In 4.0(1) and later there's a setting on each subscriber that dictates where you go when you exit the subscriber conversation - by default it's the opening greeting I believe but you can set it to go anwywhere you want (including just hanging up which some sites use).

It'll take more than one single * to back out all the way, of course, but it'll get you there.
