Interested in hearing how Unity is being configured for multiple tenants in a building. Are you providing multiple call handlers and what if overlapping extensions? Just interested in ideas.
Unity doesn't support conflicting extensions for multiple tenants at this point - I cover some of what you can (and can't) do with regards to supporting multiple tenants in the "Audio text applications in Unity" paper out on the Documents page of www.CiscoUnityTools.com site - it's a good place to start anyway.
