A client of ours want Unity to route calls to voicemail only after hours. During the day (9-5) calls would ring the extension, but never route to voicemail. Is this possible, and in what versions is it supported?
Definitely. The way Unity integrates with CCM, all incoming calls are handled by Unity Call Intercpt ports. Unity uses different Call Handlers based on time of day/week, to either route the call to a phone, send the call to voice mail, or send the call to another app (IVR, Personal Assistant, Auto-Attendant)
