Unity to forward calls via Supervised transfer to multiple callers
Unity UM 4.0.2 / CCM 3.3.3 cluster. Customer wants to basically have Unity act as an IVR. Call comes into receptionist. Receptionist not able to answer call. Unity would do a supervised transfer to 'fallback receptionist 1 (really just another secretary)'. If 'fallback 1' fails to answer, have Unity try one more (and last) user under same concept. How complex is this (and can it be done). Customer doesn't want IVR to answer call. Only wants Unity to answer call and take message (for receptionist mailbox) to be a last-resort (after 15 rings - cust understands caller might not wait that long and hangup. : )

The below trick might come handy when you have to add a new node to a cluster but you don't have or is unsure of the security password for the publisher. This procedure has been around for ages.
