I have a question about having Unity transfer to an extension on Call Manager. If i am in my directory handler and i dial the extension of a subscriber it says that the user was busy or did not answer and sends me to their greeting. If i change the call transfer parameter to 'dial my extension' Uniyt still does not send the call back to CM.
When you change the call transfer parm to "Yes, ring subscriber's extension", what happens? I.E. do you still get the subscriber's greeting instead of Unity first attempting to transfer to the subscriber's extension? Are you using "Supervise transfer " or "Release to switch" for the subscriber in the call transfer settings?
