Is there a way to get it when you transfer a call in Unity that you can disable the "please wait while I transfer your call"? I am trying to get a call that comes into the main call handler to be transfered to our ICD queue during normal business hours, and don't want people to hear that they are being transfered before they hit the queue.
Can I just replace the wave file for that with a short blank one with the same name?

I entered "please wait while I transfer your call" into the little search box on the right and came up with this conversation...
