Unity UM and Citrix

Do we have implementation with centralized UM and citrix clients at the remote and local sites? Since it's not supported, do we have any history that would indicate that this works?

We are using it, and for the most part it works well. Currently we have 100 subscribers, and will get to about 500 within the next 6 months. Our Unity servers, Citrix servers, and Exchange server are all at our 2 central locations (100mb inter-connected), and we will have remote clients at 39 sites (Alaska and Washington).

Sometimes a new user has to set their ViewMail options several days in a row before it is remembered in their Citrix profile. A few users have complained about their Outlook client hanging for a few seconds as a new message is received. We are going to disable virus scanning for wav attachments to see if that helps. This is not a problem with a local PC Outlook client.
