Unity unified message - message storage and deleted messages
We are running Unity unified, storing message content in our Exchange 2003 mailstore.
We have enabled deleted message retrieval (Unity usses can press 3 to listen to deleted messages).
My question: When looking at my Unity inbox via Outlook, I see my "Inbox" folder, but don't see a "Deleted Items" folder. Does anyone know where messages are stored after a user has deleted the message via the telephone, but the message is still retreivable?
Also, I know I can set storage parameters regarding how long deleted messages remain accessible via the Unity Message Store Manager utiliy; however, if I want deleted content accessible by all users for the same period of time, can I not just use the Exchange System Manager, mailbox properties, deletion settings built-in to Exchange?
