Unity upgrade 3.1(4) to 3.1(5)

I recently upgraded Cisco Unity 3.1(4) to 3.1(5) and found the upgrade to take a long time to complete, 4 hours. Not counting the exchange and OS upgrade. I opened a tac case and the engineer stated that Cisco TAC has received reports that the 3.1(5) upgrade sometime takes an excessive amount of time, 2-4 hours to complete. To me 4 hours for a single box upgrade is a long time and wanted to know if there is a fix in the works. I still have a TAC case open but have not heard anything yet. Thanks.

My current setup listed below.

Single box with Exchange 2000, active directory with Unity 3.1(4) on a Compaq ProLiant—ML370.

You would not happen to have been running any virus protection software on the Unity server at the time of the upgrade were you?

The antivirus software was disabled at the time of the upgrade.

We have had customers disable the AntiVirus software, but you must also make sure that the services are not running, do you known if the services were running at the time?
