Re: Unity upgrade of 2-port Demo Version 2.46

Well... the upgrade ordering process isn't really my territory, but Susie just put out the procedures for this on an internal mailing list. Here's her mail:

====================
As promised, we have put together a program to upgrade field labs and other internal Cisco demo systems that are running earlier versions of software. What you need to do depends on the type of system that you have:

*** Field lab systems - The field lab program is currently in the process of sending out the Unity 2.46 software, as well as upgrade instructions and directions on how to locate your upgrade code. You do not need to request this software as it will be shipped directly to you.

*** Other internal Cisco 4-port demo systems - the demo systems that may upgrade through this process are systems that were sent out by Active Voice prior to the acquisition. These systems are all 4-port systems and already have hardware dongles. If this applies to you, please go to the following webpage and enter all the required information http://wwwin.cisco.com/WWSales/SE/demo/labs/unity.html.

Please note that this site is not a means to obtain new demos or to upgrade existing 2-port demos. New demo software may be obtained from Demo Depot at http://wwwin.cisco.com/WWSales/demodepot/index.shtml, while upgrades from the 2-port demo are not available. Anyone looking for a fully-functional Unity system above 2-ports needs to purchase the Unity software server license.
