Unity Upgrade/reinstall

We have installed an 8 session license for Unity.All working OK.<br>However after getting it working we discovered that the supplier who shipped the Unity should have shipped a 16 user license that was ordered.<br><br>Can we easily install the new 16 session (Differenet license) or does it mean a new install?<br>It should just be a simple license upgrade but I think the new 16 session will give problems<br><br>

You can just use the Upgrade License Utility.

Start>Programs>Unity>Upgrade License

I havn't look at the admin guide recently, but if I remember it's very painless.

Will I have to change the dongle from the existing one which came with the 8 user system to the dongle that came with the new 16 session software

Yes. You will also have to add the additional ports in the TSP and in the CallManager configuration.
