Unity VM 2.4.6.102 (16 ports)
O.S. W2K SP 2
CCM 3.0(10)
If the first port of the Unity is busy the second port answers with the standard greeting for the call handler, instead of asking the user to digit its own password.
How can I fix that???
Thanks

You properly have a wrong TSP, look in Table 4 on the following site:
http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/voice/c_unity/sysreq/30_sysrq.htm
You need 1.0(0.28)
(We had the same problem, this solved it!)
Good luck,

Sascha,
I tried to upgrade the TSP at ver 1.0.0.28. Sincerly I haven't tested it deeply, but the first result was bad... it does not work.
What I would like to do is to reload all the systems, CCM + Unity, and see what happens.
Questions:
- How it is possible to check the version of TSP you're running??
- In order to upload the TSP, is it better to remove the original version first and then load the new one??
Thanks
Paolo

I thought you had to remove it first, and then install the new one.
After reboot you can configure the new tsp and then you have to reboot again, then all should work properly.
Good luck,
Sascha
