Unity VM

Hello Guys,

Since I applied the latest OS patches for Unity, We have the folloing issue. Normally once the messages button is pressed Unity prompts for the password right away, but now it rings 5 or 6 times before Unity prompts.

When trying to access vm it also rolls through the different voicemail ports 20001, 20002, 20005, etc. We have 5 Unity servers in our organisation but only one of them has this issue. Is this because of the upgrade? Could you please help me to relove this issue?

Do you see any error messages in the App. Log ?

Looks like is Unity is taking time to answer, Have you tried restarting Unity services or even tried a reboot ?

Yes, I did reboot the server but I needed to start the services manually.

Look at EventViewer App log to find out what caused Unity services to fail from starting.

I rebooted the server again and all services were started correctly this time.and no error messages on the Event Viewer but the issue is still there. Any idea?

You may want to update your TSP if you have not tryed that.
