Unity - Voice Messages from outside never getting delievered

It looks like starting yesterday, anyone who leaves a voice message from the outside of our call manager messages are not being delievered to the subscribers mailbox. If I place a call internally and leave a message, they appear. Any ideas?

first things first... we'll need to know a bit about your system here. What Unity version> What's the back end (Ex55/Ex2K/Ex2K3/Domino)? Is the mailstore stored on/off box? Is this UM/VM?

Anything happen on the system/network yesterday that would be of interest here (i.e. you changed a DC/GC, an Exchange mailstore went off line, system reboot, etc...)?

any errors in the application event log? If this is Unity 3.1(5) or later are there messages piling up in the \commserver\UnityMTA\Failed directory from these outside callers?

After looking a bit further into the problem. Found that the MTA Service had stopped on the box which caused the messages to be queued up waiting to be transferred to the primary exchange server where the mailboxes are all located.
