I am using Unity as the voicemail server for 2 different stand alone callmanagers. These callmanagers sit in different timezones. One in Utah (MST) and the other in Boston, Mass (EST). The voicemail server is in Utah (MST) timezone. When voicemail messages are left for employees in Boston, the message has a timestamp for Utah which is 2 hours behind. Is there a way to make sure the messages going to Boston employees are timestamped in the EST zone?
sure... each subscriber can be set to their own timezone on a per use basis on the profile page in the SA interface. By default they are considered in whatever time zone the Unity server is configured for.
You can adjust this en mass using the BulkEdit utility if you need to - be sure to setup seperate subscriber profiles for the two different time zones so future users you create/import will have this already configured.
