Unity web\SA - Error.asp Bad COS when accessing Unity\web\SA

When logged into Unity, after I search on a subscriber and try to edit Unity is authenticating me again before I can edit. However I am getting an error message [http://unity01/web/Common/Error.asp?Kind=BadCOS".] during the second authentication process.

I do not have this problem from my office desktop, however from any of our servers, my home machine or other machines in our office I get the above error.

Could be a DNS issue resolving the Unity01 name there... someone ran into this same error message not too long ago:

http://forums.cisco.com/eforum/servlet/NetProf?page=netprof&CommCmd=MB%3Fcmd%3Dpass_through%26location%3Doutline%40%5E1%40%40.ee933c5/0#selected_message

I believe you are correct, any suggestions on how to resolve it. We can ping the server by name from our dns server.
