unity will not pick up internal calls

I have followed cisco install guide for unity (VM only).

I am able to create subscribers

All VM ports have register on the CM

When I ring the VM pilot Unity does not pick up.

Any suggestions?

Also Each time I try and open SA or tool box the unity service stops and I have to restart is manually – This is not normal, are these issues related

Can you tell us more about the version of Unity & CCM

What your seeing is not normal and may be a bug or wrong installation

unity version 4.0 (3.0) I have read that I need to add SR1 and the engineering realease.

What file upgrades unity from 4.0 (3) to ver 4.1 - All I can see on cisco website are 4 service pack CDs.

I would be interested in looking at the GUSI output after you reboot the server and open SaWeb.

When you say that you have to restart manually, is it because the icon says unity is shutdown? If yes, the correct way is to check the services applet to make sure avcsmgr service is running.
