That's probably not a problem. Just as the name suggests, it's a system mailbox used by Exchange. There are ways of logging onto that box, and there's numerous discussions I've found on this at www.google.com.
I'd highly recommend leaving that mailbox alone. Any tinkering with that mailbox could render the Unity server inoperable and unsupportable.
